Many objects used in everyday life have an inherent beauty that is not visible in their functional state. Just as wonderful plants can grow on rubbish tips, beautiful things can emerge from everyday materials with imagination and creativity, even before they are recycled in energy-intensive processes.
The artist Katharina Cull Hamberger deconstructs everyday materials and redesigns them into jewellery and sculptures using various techniques. In the workshop, for example, an organic pendant can be made from cardboard with her guidance.
The material will be provided, but you can also bring your own nail varnish for individual colour design.
