Everybody who would you like to make an area bloom and ideally right on the own doorstep can now become a green steward. A green steward plants a roadside green strip or a tree pit near his place of residence and takes care of the bed in the long term.
In this workshop the participants will learn to plan a space correctly. For example, they get answers to these questions: What are the right plants for a location? How many plants are needed? Where to order or get them? What tools are needed and can one borrow them somewhere? What has to be considered during care?
Please bring: writing materials, your own notebook (if you have one)
As information about the desired area, a few photos would be useful as well as information about the area (size in square meters), estimate whether the bed is rather sunny, shady, semi-shady, information whether and, if so, what kind of tree is on it and what else exists in the area (street sign, grit box).
