This summer, one of Bavaria's most beautiful Renaissance courtyards, the courtyard of the "Alte Münze" (Old Mint), the head office of the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Historical Monuments and Sites (BLfD), will be transformed into a temporary cultural beer garden.
There, the Wirtshaus und Theater im Fraunhofer, known among other things as the operator of the Herzkasperl festival tent at the Oide Wiesn (Oktoberfest), will demonstrate the value of tangible and intangible culture time and again as part of the "Denkmalsommer" (Summer of Monuments) with numerous events. Sit back and enjoy your after-work or weekend getaway with contemporary Bavarian dance music, lectures, readings, children's theatre and much more.
Physical well-being is also catered for with certified organic food and drinks.
