Nowhere can you learn more about plants and their healing powers than directly in nature. On the herbal tour, the participants approach the plants with all their senses and get to know them holistically through stories, poems and old mythological tales. They will learn how to safely collect and use the plants, how to preserve and store them properly, information on toxic risks of confusion, and many tips and ideas on how to integrate the local wild plants into everyday life. The focus is on the flowers.
During the tour, the participants will learn to integrate native plants into the food plan as well as into the house pharmacy. After a walk of about 70 minutes, the plants will be processed, for example into a healing oxymel, flower salt or similar.
Please bring weatherproof clothing, sturdy shoes, and a canning jar.
