Live art project in public space
Artist Martin Blumöhr lets a grotesquely enchanted city garden grow on canvas.

Exhibition
Gasteig HP8
Gasteig München GmbH

On June 26th and 27th, the Munich artist Martin Blumöhr lets a grotesquely enchanted city garden grow with his art project "Hortusurbis": On individual canvases, which combine to form an overall picture, he designs art projects as urban wild growth. The special feature: the artist lets you look over his shoulder during his live painting actions and spontaneously incorporates ideas and impulses into his floral composition. The work of art will be created at three different locations in the city – in the FÜNF HÖFE, in the Gasteig HP8 and in the Archaeological State Collection.
