Throughout the history of art, the flower has served thousand of times as an object of scientific and aesthetic contemplation. To represent it in its diversity, its magic and its splendor and at the same time to arrive in the artistic context of the 21st century, is the challenge of this exhibition.

The international Artist Group Breitengrad e.V., consisting of 23 artists from 8 nations, shows in their exhibition titled "In Love with Wonder – Flowers" the sensual and emotional appearance, the academic character, the symbolic power and meaning of the floral cosmos with diverse, cross-border positions.

On display are expressive but also controlled works on canvas and paper, which are abstract, representational, vital or geometric, reflecting the impressions and perceptions of international artists.
