In the seminar the participants look at cosmograms by the sculptor Pogacnik and create their own mandalas from natural materials such as leaves, flowers, small branches, sand, small stones. They make a large mandala and create a neurolotus from neurography. The mandalas have a beneficial effect especially for older people and can be easily implemented.
