Spring is just around the corner and it's getting green in the libraries too! If you have sown tomatoes and now have too many seedlings at home or no more room for cuttings from the tree of happiness or aloe vera, or if you had no luck sowing basil and the like, you've come to the right place. Under the motto "Swap and Share", cuttings, seedlings and plantlets for indoors and outdoors can be brought and found at the "Plant Swap Exchange" at many locations of Munich's public libraries. Surplus plant children find a home and plant lovers find what they are missing.
The exchange takes place in parallel at several city libraries: Bogenhausen, Giesing, Hadern, HP8, Laim, Maxvorstadt, Moosach, Motorama, Neuaubing, Neuhausen, Pasing, Ramersdorf, Sendling, Waldtrudering and Schwabing as well, please note the opening hours of the different locations.
