In the context of the exhibition "Blütenpracht", Christiane Englsberger and Tien Nio Kho present their working methods. Christiane Englsberger is self-taught in the techniques of straw braiding, which involves shaping straws cut into strips into small flowers and leaves, following the example of handicrafts in the Swiss canton of Aargau.

Tien Nio Kho, on the other hand, also learned the technique of feather flower design autodidactically. She dyes, paints, cuts and twists the feathers, which mostly come from European birds, and arranges them into imaginative, magnificent feather flowers as hair, lapel and hat decorations.

With seven annual exhibitions, the Galerie Handwerk gives the Arts & Crafts culture a clear presence in Munich. The themes correspond to the variety of tasks that crafts perform in culture and society: the spectrum ranges from applied arts and crafts to crafts and architecture, crafts in the preservation of monuments, to design training and teaching concepts in crafts. Traditional, classic and avant-garde approaches are presented. The exhibitions at Galerie Handwerk are national and international in scope. It thus makes a significant contribution to communicating and preserving handicraft culture worldwide.
