Sea of Flowers

Creating Luminous Floral Prints
Whether stencil technique, monotype, material or stamp printing – there will be something new and exciting for everyone.

Workshop, Guided tours, Other
Museum Brandhorst

During a joint visit to the exhibition "La vie en rose. Brueghel, Monet, Twombly", the participants will gather impressions and ideas for the depiction of flowers, blossoms and plants.

Using powerful strokes and colors, the participants will then conjure up their own luminous flower pictures, fantastic plants and plant patterns on paper. Quite in the style of Pop Art: anything but delicate. They will play around with various printing techniques. Whether stencil technique, monotype, material or stamp printing – there will be something new and exciting for everyone. The workshop will be run by freelance artist Elli Hurst.
