Small flowers on the roadside, who does not know them? Meadow sage, eyebright, tansy, comfrey, speedwell, burnet and many more ... And yet most people don't take the time to look closely at their blossoms – their fantastic shapes, patterns and color nuances. This workshop is primarily about an aesthetic perception of the flower. Wild flowers from our surroundings will be examined closely and the whole variety of shapes and colors of petals, stamens and stigmas will be marveled at. There will also be the opportunity to depict the blossoms in detail on paper using colored pencils or watercolors. In this way, the findings can be recorded.
The resulting works of art can be exhibited in the exhibition "The growing SchauRaum" on June 16, 2023.
