The ceramic artist Keiyona Stumpf will talk to the curator Dr Katharina Hantschmann about her works, their production techniques and possible associations with their content in the exhibition "Blunt". She will also discuss the positions selected for her in the Baroque and Rococo halls, for which she created a number of the works especially. In the exciting juxtaposition to the old works of art, the objects challenge us to new visual experiences. New aspects can be discovered in both the old and the modern works. Visitors are invited to find their own associations. Some things will be reminiscent of rampant plants or sea creatures, of innards, blood vessels and other body parts, or of lively ornaments from the Baroque period. Even cups and goblets suddenly take on a life of their own and feelings like those of Walt Disney.
