"Flowers are the smile of nature," noted the composer Max Reger. With this positive power inherent in flowers and honey a menu is created that tastes of sunshine! Beautifully arranged, the dishes delight the eyes and palate! Start with Baby Leaf Salad in Honey Orange Vinaigrette with Buffalo Mozzarella, followed by Pasta with Rose Petal Pesto and Shrimp and Honey Glazed Duck Breasts, Carrot Puree with Honey, Walnut Oil, Cinnamon and Apple Balm. Finally, there is a poppy seed tart with raspberry topping and candied rose petals.
