Although this discipline has its origins in science, botanical drawing and painting is popular as an independent art form. Flowers, buds, twigs, leaves: the Ecological Education Center is home to a wide variety of plants and fruits. This workshop will train the eyes and the participants look very closely to see the fascinating structures. Using pencil, watercolor and ink, the various techniques of botanical art are tried out and the plant world is studied in all its diversity and beauty.
