In spring, little green plants appear everywhere. Many of them are known as weeds, but most have valuable ingredients that can be used in cooking or for the pharmacy at home. In this course for beginners with the herbalist Lilly Kempel, interested people learn about these herbs and get tips for collecting and using them as well as some recipes for wild herbs. Finally, there will be a tasting: for example, a loaf of bread with freshly prepared herb butter. The event takes place in all weathers.
