From April 22, 2023 it will be green around the Gasteig HP8. The interdisciplinary collective "Die Städtische" opens the "Kulturinsel" on the square Am Kulturkraftwerk in front of the Gasteig HP8: Raised beds, specially made wooden benches and an open bookcase transform the square "Am Kulturkraftwerk" into a green cultural island as part of the Flower Power Festival. In consultation with the Gasteig, flexible modules can be reconfigured as seating, a stage or an activity area as needed. And a bulletin board serves to exchange creative ideas: Spontaneous concerts, discussions, afternoon games, joint planting activities or just relaxing chilling - the "Am Kulturkraftwerk" square offers space for this all summer long.
