Workshop
Botanical Garden Munich-Nymphenburg

In this workshop, the paricipants cut waste. They crunch it, punch it and squeeze it. And then they spear it. Rests of the consumer world experience a new start as small works of art. Conversations about everyday life, the components of which can be recognized here, accompany the work. Soon it turns out that the latent product design and brand knowledge far outweighs the knowledge of herbs, flowers and trees for most of the people. At the same time, they become aware of how much they have internalized the construction principles of plants and how many design details seem to be borrowed from nature.

There is available: a material buffet of bottles, cans, cups, tubes, caps, sleeves, nets and the like, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected

Please bring: cutter, robust (nail, kitchen or similar) scissors as well as tools for piercing holes (can piercer, etching needle, awl or similar, optionally large knitting or crochet needles, glue, your own findings
